Organic Traditions Camu Camu provides 500mg of Vitamin C in 1½ teaspoon. Cold dried, this 100% pure Camu has no added fillers, maltodextrin or ascorbic acid. Create a Camu smoothie by blending 1-2 teaspoons of Camu Camu, 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia Powder and any other Organic Traditions or Natural Traditions products with sufficient water (3-6 cups) to achieve the desired consistency.
