This is where it all began. In 1891, our founder William Boylan created an elixir he called Boylan’s Birch in his NJ apothecary. Fast forward to the present day, our Original Birch Beer is carefully crafted using traditional recipes, with strong notes of sweet birch and wintergreen oil.
