The meat of organic coconuts, grown traditionally in the highlands of Sri Lanka, is pressed & the oil rich extracts are blended with filtered well water & natural ingredients to create a uniquely flavourful organic coconut milk with a smooth consistency.

This is the preferred ingredient in many dishes from Equitorial cultures; found in sauces, used for simmering and also in baking. Excellent as a dairy replacer in a wide range of vegan dishes, too!
