Our fresh, flavorful, and delicious Certified Organic Almonds are purchased in bulk from a coop of small family farms in California. These farmers take pride in the quality of their product. They are careful to sell us some of the best almonds available in the US and though these almonds have received a burst of steam, as is required by the FDA, they are still "sproutable" and taste delicious. Each nut has been soaked and then dehydrated at low temperatures. Though raw nuts typically contain 4-8% moisture, once this process has been completed, the almonds contain between 1 and 2% moisture, giving them a longer shelf-life and a delicious "crunch" not found in raw almonds.

These Almonds are Nonpareils, the largest, and possibly the sweetest of all almonds. They are grown on a small family farm in California and then soaked and dehydrated at Wilderness Family Naturals. Almond sales are 4 times higher than any nut sold here and we guarantee you will love them!

They are soaked as Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation suggests, and then dehydrated at low temperatures. We do our best to procure the highest quality nuts available. They are soaked and dried under controlled conditions with commercial equipment in a USDA inspected kitchen. We take extra measures, such as refrigeration and vapor barrier packaging to insure that you receive only the best.
