Vegetarian Enteric Coating (Ethyl Cellulose, Ammonium Hydroxide, Sodium Alginate, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Oleic Acid, Vegetable Stearic Acid), Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Water-Soluble Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Modified Cellulose Gum.

Suggested Use

Helps to promote healthy mood balance, to relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, to reduce severity and duration of migraine headaches when taken as a preventative (prophylactic), and is used as a sleep aid.

Suggested Dose (Adults)

Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. For sleep aid, take 30“45 minutes before bedtime. To help promote healthy mood balance, use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. To help relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year.

Cautions

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, and prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking carbidopa and/or drugs/ supplements with serotonergic activity including, but not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. Johns Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over-the-counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain and/or skin changes. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and drowsiness.
