Alpha Science EFA 40:20  90 Capsules :

A fish oil concentrate of 40% EPA and 20% DHA in 1000mg gel caps. It provides an effective balance of essential fatty acids with emphasis on Omega 3 pathways and prostaglandin 3 synthesis.

Essential fatty acids function as components of nerve cells, cell membranes and hormone-like substances called prostaglandins.  They are indicated for a number of conditions ranging from: Immune disorders, Neural imbalances, Joint problems, Cancer, General inflammation, Kidney dysfunction, Liver dysfunction, AIDS, Cardiovascular disease.

Deep-sea fish oil is a primary source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) that contributes to prostaglandin 3 series formation.  Prostaglandins of the 3 series are the primary end products of Omega 3 oil supplementation which address the majority of the indications listed above. These oils are processed according to pharmaceutical GMP standards and analyzed for heavy metals.
